Bringdown and Recording

Before and after the closing, bringdowns are performed to protect the buyer/lender.  This is done to ensure there are no new filings or recordings that would affect this transaction.

WPS is familiar with the standards required to record the closing documents.  Once the transaction closes, the documents are recorded as quickly as possible.  A follow up bringdown is conducted to verify the documents are indexed properly in the recording office.
