Property Reports

Often insurers/lenders may only require property reports or purchase money mortgage (PMM) searches.  This is an abbreviated search of the property.  Property reports are available at a much quicker turn around time.  This research covers taxes, liens, mortgages, rights of way, leases and estates on the current owner.  WPS frequently provides property reports for the Sheriff’s Office of Westmoreland County.
